Rockstar added New Pictures in GTA VI Launch Gallery

Grand Theft Auto 6 is getting closer to its November 19 release, and Rockstar Games is giving fans more reasons to get excited. Rockstar has added 38 new screenshots offering another look at Lucia, Jason, and the world of Leonida.

But that’s not the only interesting development ahead of launch. While Rockstar is showing off more of the game, Miami-Dade County is also preparing a major marketing campaign inspired by GTA 6 fictional Vice City.

The county has announced a $3.9 million marketing and advertising package connected to the upcoming game, with promotional displays planned across several locations in the area.

Rockstar Adds 37 New Screenshots to the GTA 6 Launch Gallery

Rockstar has updated the official GTA 6 website with a new section called the Launch Gallery, featuring 38 screenshots from the upcoming game. There are also plenty of interesting details in the background that give fans another look at the world Rockstar has been building. Some screenshots feature a massive mansion or resort, while others show nightlife, gang members, and different characters across the state.

There’s also a more unusual side to the collection, including a reptile skinner and several glimpses of Leonida countryside. These screenshots are worth checking out because some of the smaller details aren’t immediately visible in the preview images on Rockstar website. Fans may want to open the full-size images to see everything properly.

Could GTA 6 Finally Get an Official Photo Mode?

Another interesting topic surrounding the new screenshots is the possibility of a dedicated photo mode in GTA 6.

According to YouTuber TGG’s preview of the game, there could be something described as a “photo studio mode.” Although the exact feature hasn’t been officially confirmed by Rockstar, it has led to speculation that players might be able to pause the action, adjust their shots, and capture their own moments across Leonida. This wouldn’t be completely new territory for Rockstar.

Red Dead Redemption 2 already included an official photo mode, allowing players to capture scenes from their adventures across the Wild West. GTA 5, on the other hand, never received a dedicated photo mode, leaving players to use the in-game phone to take pictures.

If the reported feature makes it into GTA 6, players could have another way to explore and capture the game’s detailed environments. For now, though, Rockstar hasn’t officially confirmed how this feature will work.

Miami-Dade Is Spending $3.9 Million on GTA 6 Marketing

While Rockstar is expanding its online gallery, the real-world connection between GTA 6 and Miami is becoming even more interesting.

Miami-Dade County officials have announced a $3.9 million marketing and advertising package connected to GTA 6 and Rockstar Games.

The plans include themed lighting at Miami International Airport and PortMiami, promotional displays on pedestrian walkways, and decorative wraps on selected traffic signal cabinets throughout the county.

The campaign also involves separate advertising purchases through companies that manage promotional spaces at the airport and across the county’s transportation system.

This makes sense considering how closely GTA 6 fictional Vice City is inspired by Miami. The game takes plenty of inspiration from South Florida, and the upcoming campaign gives the real city an opportunity to connect with one of the biggest entertainment releases of the year.

The Vice City Sign at Kaseya Center Is Already Up

This isn’t the first time Miami has been connected to GTA 6 promotional activities. An earlier arrangement brought a large “Welcome to Vice City” sign to the roof of the Kaseya Center, home of the Miami Heat.

According to the county’s announcement, that earlier $975,000 arrangement is included in the wider $3.9 million marketing package. During a county budget hearing, officials also discussed the agreement involving Rockstar representatives, the Miami Heat, and Kaseya Center.

However, there were some questions about how much of the wider promotional campaign had actually been finalized. County officials clarified that the signed agreement at that point was with the Heat arena, and that the county had received a contribution of less than $1 million.

The broader marketing plans also include ideas such as airport promotions and wrapping public transportation vehicles, although not every proposed idea should be treated as a confirmed installation.

GTA 6 Launch Is Becoming a Real-World Event

With November 19 approaching, Rockstar marketing campaign is reaching beyond the usual trailers and screenshots.

The new Launch Gallery gives fans more details to explore, while Miami-Dade’s promotional plans show how much attention the game is bringing to the real-world locations that inspired Vice City.

GTA 6 is scheduled to release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Until then, fans have 37 new screenshots to explore and plenty of reasons to keep an eye on what Rockstar reveals next.
